Terms of Service

By creating an account, logging in with a facility PIN, or otherwise using ReachDR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the facility you represent.

ReachDR provides on-demand telehealth consultations, clinical documentation, medication charting support, pathology review and related clinical coordination services to Residential Aged Care Facilities. Services are delivered by qualified, independently registered clinicians.

Facility accounts are provisioned to registered RACFs. Facility staff who access the platform (including via a facility PIN) must be authorised by their facility and are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

ReachDR facilitates access to clinicians; it does not itself practise medicine. Clinical decisions, assessments and treatment recommendations are made by the treating clinician based on the information available at the time. In a medical emergency, facility staff must follow standard emergency procedures (including calling emergency services) rather than relying solely on the platform.

• Provide accurate, complete and timely clinical information during consultations.
• Use the platform only for its intended clinical and administrative purposes.
• Keep login credentials and facility PINs secure and confidential.
• Not attempt to access records or accounts you are not authorised to view.

Where services are described as bulk billed, no out-of-pocket charge applies to the resident for that service, in accordance with the applicable billing arrangement. Facility-level fees, if any, are set out in the facility’s service agreement with ReachDR.

The ReachDR platform, including its software, design and documentation, is owned by ReachDR or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachDR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including in connection with clinical negligence by a treating clinician.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for a facility or user where these terms are breached, or where necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
