Telehealth Doctor

Full-time / Locum

Remote — AustraliaAHPRA Registered

Deliver on-demand telehealth consultations for residents of Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs), working alongside facility nurses through the ReachDR platform.

What you'll do

Conduct video consultations for booked residents and review AI-assisted clinical reports before approving them
Provide treatment and escalation advice for acute presentations, falls, infections and wound concerns
Complete MBS billing and clinical forms (medical certificates, GP referrals, path forms) for each booking
Join after-hours / on-call rotations to support 24/7 coverage

Facility Nurse

Full-time

On-site — RACFRN Qualified

Be the on-the-ground clinical contact at a partner facility, logging bookings and supporting residents through their telehealth consultation with a ReachDR doctor.

What you'll do

Log new patient bookings and relevant observations through the ReachDR facility portal
Support residents during video consultations and relay real-time observations to the doctor
Coordinate with the care team on treatment plans, medication changes and escalations
Track booking status from New through to Completed for your facility
